On Saturday the UPRM Biology Student Association helped us visit Caja de Muertos Island, a very photogenic and interesting place located some 5-6 miles south of Ponce. Transportation via the La Guancha Marina is straightforward. Definitely worth returning after the first heavy summer rainfalls and also to collect at night.
